Life is Like a Garden

It takes work to bear good fruit;

and it’s ok to ask others for help;

and in return, you go and help others also.

All the hard work is a fresh start to new beginnings:

as we begin to sow what we choose from the things we want to reap.

So dig up the hard surface (of your past)
take the time to soften it up (your heart)
add nutrients to the soil (God’s Holy Word)
Be willing to plant the seeds necessary (faith)
nurture the seedlings (hope)
and be willing to wait for the harvest (joy).

How is your garden growing?
